ONE room available for rent in a centrally located Dogtown house! The room available is the master bedroom of the house, and I am in the back 2 bedrooms of the house. I'm 30, m, working, looking for someone who is laid back but respectful of each other's space. I work a 9-5, Mon-Fri type job and am in and out of the house on the weekends.

The rent is $500 a month, we split utilities (electric/gas/water/trash/internet.) Wait, internet's not a utility... is it?! It should be! I have antenna TV with chrome cast, not interested in cable TV. The lease would be one year.

Great yard, patio and garden space available! Compost pile! Off street parking! Front porch! Washer and Dryer in the basement! I own a cat and the landlord would allow one more cat in the house.
