Worst place I've lived. The apartments were built very cheap. Moldings were sloppily painted over with cracks And holes in them. None of the doors line up right. The calking in the showers are horrible. They dont clean well before move in. When we moved in the toilets were so disgusting, Windows weren't clean, mirrors were dirty.... Already had an ant problem....The people that live here are very trashy and like everyone else says....can't be a "luxury" place when you have section 8 people and kids living all around you. They painted over phone jacks and outlets so they're hard to use or have gunk in them. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
First off let me say the apartment in general was fine. The grounds were nice and I loved all the pine trees around the complex. I have no complaints other then the hot water never ever lasted for the shower! Now the management on the other hand, this is a whole different story. They have recently fired all of the old employees in the office and hired all new people...this is why I am writing this review. I have much experience with customer service and let me say they are the rudest and coldest people I have ever met. The office is so disorganized and they have messed up my account with my apartment so badly that I have no idea what is going on anymore. I am so happy to be moving out just because of the bad management. Even the pay portal is all messed up. At one point the pay portal said I had a credit for $245 and when I go into the office they told me it was completely wrong and there was no credit on my account....get your stuff together!!!! I am certainly not one to write a review and I never listen to any other reviews, but with this bad management I had to voice my opinion about how bad it is.
Don't move here. If you HAVE to rent an apartment here, do the following: Call every day starting about 10 days before your expected move date. Check up on their progress with getting your apartment ready. Ask for an unofficial walk through a few business days before your expected move date. DO NOT, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT turn on any utilities or make any address changes or do ANYTHING that will cost you money before this time. Call several times a day starting 2-3 days before your move. Seriously, babysit them. This process is hard for them. Do you want to know why you have to do all these things? Because otherwise you will show up to sign your lease and there won't be an apartment for you to move into. Not the one they promised, not any other apartment. And if you're unlucky like me, you'll have taken them seriously throughout this process and turned on utilities and changed addresses and hired movers. Then you will be scrambling to cancel them. And out time. And money.
First of all, all the reviews that have 5 stars are completely fake. It's painfully obvious. While I haven't had any real issues with management, every time I go in there for anything they're a little rude and seem like they think they are too good for anyone. Aside from a slight attitude, they have taken care of anything I have complained to them about, so I can't get too mad when it comes to that. HOWEVER, living in these apartments have made me never want to live in apartments again. Once my lease is up, I will definitely be leaving. Do no believe the "luxury" stamp they label these apartments with. They used the cheapest everything to build them. I can hear absolutely EVERYTHING the people above, next and even diagonal to us do. It sounds like they are in the apartment with me. And no that is not all apartments because I've never been able to hear my neighbors so clearly. I can hear them (specifically the people above) do laundry, flush the toilet, get ready for work, watch tv, and the most annoying techno music ever. They are the most inconsiderate neighbors who have no idea that they live in apartments with 500 other people. We've had to deal with bugs multiple times, and not just ants, I'm talking about MAGGOTS! We are not dirty people, so there is no reason we should have had those. When the managers came in to see them, they even mentioned how clean our place was, so filth was not the reason to have such disgusting bugs. SO, my issues are not with management, but with the apartments themselves and annoying neighbors. I know management cannot control these things very much, however, it has still effected my time here and made me never want to live in apartments again. Especially these ones.
The apartments were so called renovated the cheapest way possible. The first sight it look nice but when you live in the actual apartment you will notice it old and falling apart. The roof is old and water will come through your ceiling into your apt.
