Seriously unimpressed. Our older sister lives in Eagle and her son was diagnosed with leukemia, so our younger sister, who lives out of state decided to move to Eagle to help. She was looking for a month to month place and one of the people at Rock Pointe told her they could do that. She turned in her application and paid a $50 fee and was THEN told that it was a mistake and that they couldn't do month to month after all. She told them nevermind, not to process her application, and not to run her credit card. They did anyway, so she asked for a refund. She was given the run around and told her she'd have to talk to corporate. She was finally able to talk to the owner who immediately began yelling at her after she identified herself, telling her she'd have to take this to small claims court and this was BEFORE she had even been told by anyone, including him, that a refund wasn't possible. This was the first time this info was relayed to her. We were all here when she called him and were able to witness his jerk behavior. I'm just confused as to why this guy--in a customer facing position--would be a total jerk to a potential customer for $50.
I used to live there and the management were very rude they took a story from a neighbor about a few things that were obvious lies and gave us notice of contract breach one right after another and wound not ask our side of the story.very poor matainance atendance not very polite non professional people.we even had the neighbor in mention call the police on us for "foul language" lol can you beleive that.
NOISY..... very poor insulation. You can hear you neighbors cough. This is too expensive for what is offered. No fitness, no pool, no amenities at all. DON'T waste your $$ for an "Eagle" Address...might as well be slumming it! Police are routinely present....why?? The sketchy tenants.....Internet PICTURES lie, No granite or stainless steel appliances....two units were refurbed for the photo op.
I have only been a resident at Rock Pointe now for 6 monts. It is in a great location, they often have some nice incentives to get people in like 1 free month rent, etc. Here are some of the problems. The parking spaces are so small that you are most likely guaranteed to get scratches on your car doors, or a dent from another car. When parking between two cars there is litterally less than 1 foot clearance to open your doors on both sides. Often maitenance is behind schedule, my experiance has been that they don't make it earlier than a week from when you call. When they schedule appointments to do apartment checks, they don't come when they schedule, and actually come in at a later time without calling when they find it convienant. They actually came 4 days later than they scheduled to do a yearly routine apartment check, and walked in on my wife. Upseting to say the least. The professionalism here is at the best sloppy. Probably the most upsetting was that our aparment had severe pet damage before we moved in. They tore up the carpet, re-sealed the floor and cleaned the carpet, covered the odor up with a gallon of perfume and so we didn't notice it until a month after we moved in the odors started coming out. Nothign we could do then.
