With over 10 years of experience and a growing chorus of glowing reviews, I’m in this business for the long haul and am doing that by building long term relationships instead of playing the numbers game by rushing you through the process. Fall in love with the first unit you see? Awesome! Need to see 4 different neighborhoods and 20 apartments because you have very specific needs and standards? I have the patience and the car that'll make this all easy on both of us. My aim is to be your lifelong real estate expert, the person you refer all your friends to because you’re confident that I’ll treat them with the kindness and respect I treated you with - whether you rent from me or not. Advice is free!
1. Strict Client Limit: Most agents play the numbers game - more clients equal more chances of closing a deal. I limit myself to three active clients at a time, allowing me to give you the attention that you deserve. I’m always a phone call or text away, and limiting clients means I take each case personally: I will fight for you, which is important in a market as crowded as ours.
2. Have Car, Will Travel: See more units in less time! Air conditioning! You can pick the spotify playlist, and I won't make fun of you for liking One Direction. On that note - strict confidentiality is assured: no snarky istagram posts about your questionable taste in pop music or your baby momma drama.
3. On Time Guarantee: I'm never late. I'm so anxious about time that I feel physically ill when I"m running late, so I'm always at least 15 minutes early. I promise to respect your time, iced coffee's on me if I'm more than 10 minutes late - which I never am!
4. 24/7 access: Yes, you can call me at 4 AM if you have a nagging question about your application. Work weird hours? I work according to your schedule, not mine. Calls, emails, and texts will be responded to within hours - that should be standard practice but try reaching your average agent on a Friday night..I will calmly answer your mom's questions, I know this process is involved and have done it so often that I don't have to make up the answers.
