On a day to day basis, the apartment is great. But if there is ever a problem, it's a HUGE problem!! Some of the problems have been with tenants, so the apartment does not control them, but they also do nothing to stop the problems. For example, neighbors smoking weed, repeatedly having parties with noise issues, and just rude people. When I first changed apartments, I got a parking space. A woman had been parking there assuming it was her space. She wrote threatening notes and posted them on my car. I ordered packages that went to the wrong apartment (there are WISELY two of every apartment number with no clear mark as to which is which) and those tenants kept and opened my packages. NO parking. They give you one spot per apartment, which is hell when you have two adults in the apartment. Not really that fair to be paying 900 dollars to walk from the sketchy neighborhood next to the complex. The office is only open during regular business hours. That means no weekends (sometimes; they do not update their site when the hours change). So if you have a job, too bad. And the most recent piece of news is I ordered a package, it was delivered to the office, and sent back. All without notifying me. When I went in to ask about it, the lady told me she sent it back and then turned to her computer and ignored me. Merry Christmas. PS, when I moved into this particular unit, there was a wooden cutting board adhered and drilled to counter. We asked about removing it and they said it was put there because they had glued the built in cutting boards shut for safety. We didn't have a cutting board in the other unit even though the built in cutting board was also glued on there. We ended up ripping it up because THAT was a safety hazard (mold, disgusting smell) and there was damage to the counter they had tried to paint over before they decided to put the glue on. But I'm sure I can expect to be charged for all that.... An update to the package situation: Office staff were very unhelpful. It's a mystery that two packages were sent back "the way they always are" and yet two different companies with very adept returns departments can't locate them. I'm out 90 bucks. Also, the manager talked smack about me to my HUSBAND while she was in private with him as we were moving out. WILL NEVER BE HAPPIER THAT I MOVED!!!!!
Terrible. Had nothing but problems here. Loud neighbors that deal drugs in the parking lot; zero parking for a second person; overcharging for rent; rent that goes up every year with no updates to units or amenities; cockroach and earwig infestations; horribly unhelpful office staff that never returns calls or takes responsibility for anything; maintenance calls that take weeks to get done; and they charge you for having the apartment painted and professionally cleaned when you leave, so forget your security deposit. We were very good, very respectful, very clean and quiet tenants and they completely screwed us over. Look elsewhere for housing. Anywhere else. Also, they offer prizes to those who write positive reviews for them, so beware.
I barely moved in here with my mom and sisters and uncle and it's a nice place to live only bad thing is that there's nobody my age 😥
Parking is the absolute worst. You can never find a spot, so if you have two adults with a car each forget about living here. It will be a daily nightmare. Forget about maintenance because you'll either have to figure it out on your own or do without because they won't do anything about it. The office is closed weekends, they say they're open but will put up signs that they are closed the day of. Horrible apartment management. Will definitely be moving out when the lease is up.
i've been here for a lil over an year. poor service. no call backs. infested, horrible parking. do not live here. i'm want to move out asap. i see ppl come and go. i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who agrees. stay away. it looks nice, bay window and all but it's BS
