I actually don't live here, nor have I ever seen the inside of the buildings. However, I don't think I'd ever give it a chance, since my first encounter with its staff was so poor. I literally just called (10 minutes ago now), and the woman on the phone had no phone courtesy to speak of. She answered the phone in a tone that already said, "I really don't want to be having this conversation," interrupted me while I was telling her when I was looking to move in...to ask me, "When?" then awkwardly (and very brusquely) told me she "didn't want to do an overnight," (the tenant moving out would be out 7/31, I would need something 8/1) rather than simply stating, "the unit will not be available until the 5th of the month." I am not a picky person when it comes to customer service (I don't even often leave reviews, though I know I should); I worked at a coffee shop for seven years, so I know that sometimes (okay, often), the customer IS being ridiculous, and I can't expect everybody to be completely on the ball at all times. This woman, however, is the point of contact--the FIRST impression--for potential renters, and the way she seems to handle that responsibility means she will probably be the only impression they will need before they to decide to look elsewhere.
The staff is great here, always on top of everything!! Aparments are up to date and the common areas are very clean.
