If you enjoy cockroach infestation that never gets taken care of properly and management giving exterminators and maintenance permission to go into your apartment without any notice or notification then you will love this place. They have more than once just gone into my apartment without asking or even telling me , I cant move out of here fast enough, if i could give 10 negative stars i would.
We absolutely love our new apartment in the Regency Palms Apartment community. We had our reservations at first, concerned about living alongside so many others in this 310 unit complex. We were assured that we would be happy, but if for any reason we decided it wasn't going to workout for us, we were given a 30-day satisfaction period from our move in date to change to another available unit OR to move out, No Harm No Foul, should we decide. Well, needless to say, we are VERY happy and wish to stay for a very long time . This IS a dog friendly community, but we ourselves are NOT dog owners. Regardless, they are no bother, but instead a joy to watch...and play with when the opportunity arises. There are green belts all through the complex so whether it's to walk your dog or just for taking an evening stroll with your loved ones, the grounds here at the Regency Palms have beautiful , well-kept landscaping and big beautiful trees to offer shade on those hot summer days. There are Doggy Waste Stations strategically placed all through the complex to help keep the grassy areas as clean and sanitary as possible. I see the Orkin man here every week inspecting and treating all areas and issues that may cause a problem if gone unattended. Due to there diligent and professional work, this community is bug free. I haven't seen one critter in over 2-months. The Leasing Office Staff, including their maintenance and cleaning crews, have been an absolute blast to deal with. I've had a service request or two that I needed assistance with. Once reported to the Leasing Team, our issues were quickly and efficiently dealt with keeping me a happy & content camper :) Their five (5) laundry room facilities are always clean and available. The washers are bigger and less expensive than the Laundromat across the street in the shopping center. Trust me, we've checked. And speaking of local shopping & recreation, the Regency Palms is located within walking distance from grocery stores, Home Depot and lots of other much needed services. Very convenient! It's a miles walk to the Library, Central Park, AND Goldenwest College, and not to forget the Westminster Mall. I have made some good friends already and all the people who live here are very nice. One of my favorite things to do here on a hot day is to go lay out, get wet and socialize poolside, in any one of their 3-well maintained pools + Jacuzzi. When I'm out enjoying the pool area, It's just like being at a Palm Springs resort. In closing, let me just say this.........."If you are looking for a great place to live and haven't checked out The Regency Palms yet, What Are You Waiting For?" Call and set up an appointment for a tour by one of their fantastic Leasing Agents. I promise , You WON'T be let down! :)))
people are stating to leave the garbage bags out side the big garbage trash and the makes the place look bad.
I must say... The Staff and Manager is so nice, they made my move in as easy as possible. I MUST THANK THEM! I love my new home. I HAVE NO PROBLEM'S OR ISSUE'S WITH MY NEW HOME. VERY LARGE 2 BEDROOM WITH A LARGE PATIO. PARKING IS GREAT. SECURITY IS AWESOME, AND MAINTENANCE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. Very nice court yard, and my 5 year old loves it here. Heated pools (Warm Water). AND ONE MORE TIME I MUST THANK NATASHA. "THANK YOU SO MUCH". CC
When I first moved here, one bad thing lead to the next. When I took a shower the first day, there was gunk coming out and it was completely clogged and flooded. The bathrooms are located in the inner rooms which have no windows which means if you don't keep the door open after a shower, mold grows quickly on the ceilings. My neighbor from below smoked marijuana every night, and if I'd forget to close my window before going to work, I get to come in to my room smelling like weed. After 5 months, I guess they moved. But the new neighbors are smokers and all of the smoke would seep into my room while I'm sleeping. As for the parking, yeah people do come home around 5-6pm and that's why it gets crowded? NO! even though this is a gated complex, 70% of the time the gates are open or partially open. I always see cars without the sticker. And since they don't get towed, more and more random cars are parked around my complex. I go through 8 speed bumps (one way) just to get to my parking space. I've called security for noise complaints and it actually takes them awhile to get to that area and calm them down. I really regret moving here because I thought it'd be a quiet community because i thought there would be dependable security and it's gated. but it's not even gated. useless.
