I'm looking for someone to sublet my room, for the months of July and August, 2018 (the specific move-in/out day can be negotiated), in a two-bedroom apartment in a graduate/family student community, Verano Place, by the UCI campus (15 mins walk to the Aldrich park, center of the campus).

One important note: per the policy of the housing office, you have to be affiliated with UCI during the time of the subletting. If you have a UCInetID or email address, then that's sufficient.

You have full access to all the common area of the apartment and community.

During the time of your stay, my roommate (also a graduate student) might be around. He is a really friendly and easy-going person.
