I went in on Friday 2/12/2016 and spoke to a girl. My husband and I asked for a tour, as we were from out of state and prospecting the area to possibly relocate. She was the rudest leasing representative I've ever met. She sat there, nobody was in the lobby, and she just quoted prices. We're from California, we're not going to blink an eye at $1900 per month. And yes, we are aware that prices go up during the summer due to demand. After talking about pricing, I had to ask her if we could have a tour. She wouldn't give me a tour, because I had lost my ID. My husband just got up and left. Maybe it was a bad day. I mean, Friday afternoon, she was probably just ready for the weekend. But honestly, I think she needs more training on Customer Service and Professionalism. If this place is like this now prior to moving in, I only shudder at what service will be like once you actually move in. Crossed this place off our list.
This apartment complex looks very nice on the outside. The inside however, was not so nice. I battled the whole 2 years living here with spiders. When I first moved in I had a list of things that needed to be fixed by maintenance like a broken cabinet that was there when I got here, poor weather striping, my back door not opening properly. When they maintenance would come and fix something they first tore up my carpet when entering my apartment and wont say that they did so now I will not get my deposit back. They also couldn't find my apartment to fix my water heater that went out and I was with out water for 3 days. I had to have my lock fixed and they only changed out the handle and the now it doesn't fully change out them. The management has switched multiple time and so has their office staff. I am told one thing and the next week if feels like there are new people and I am told a completely different thing and It has ended up screwing me over big time. Costing me thousands of dollars!! They are rude in the office and are not very helpful. This staff does as minimal as they can to get by and in the end It ends up affecting the resident in the worst way.
I stayed here for nearly 2 years and it is awesome apartments. I had to move away due to my new job.Nice surroundings and good for evening walkers. In winter you can enjoy snow sliding near by. Near by very good pediatric center (pediatric pathways). Very good elementary school near by. I prefer this apartments if I want to move back to Denver.
I have lived here for over a year and since the NEW BETTER management team took over-I actually get things fixed in a timely manner. The office staff have always been very pleasant and professional. The maintenance Supervisor Josh is FANTASTIC!!! I have recommended others to live here and will continue to do so.
Mixed feelings. The place is decently built and has spacious 2 bd apartments but the maintenance is slipshod at best. Leaks during the winter, wait till spring to fix. "What leaks?" Carmel provided superior service but two new owners in 6 years and unknown number of mgmt changes. Streets aren't getting fixed anymore. No salt for ice in winter so you better watch your step cause you're own your own and they put that in the 54-page lease! New billing has tripled the water/sewer/trash in the past three years. Going downhill fast.
