Why We Love Our HouseWe love our house for its light, airy feeling nestled in the woods. We cherish the nature surrounding us on 3 sides, for our love of nature as well as the privacy and seclusion it affords us. With lots of windows and a screened-in porch, we enjoy the views of trees from both indoors and out. The open flow from living room to dedicated dining area area to kitchen is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The house is located at the end of a pretty cul de sac in a quiet, quiet neighborhood with friendly, helpful neighbors. The wide roads are fun to walk in this neighborhood of streets having no outlet, and you can walk to hiking trails when you are feeling more adventurous. The location is perfect for access to Interstate 84, the Route seven corridor, and scenic shortcuts to the Merritt Parkway. And it is just one mi. from the Metro North railway station to Norwalk, Stamford and NYC.
