I recommend for y'all not to move here since too much problem around here in the apartment with the plumbing & roaches u can contact me if u want to see what my apartment looks like before my lease is UP this JUNE HURRY UP!! just believe me.. the maintence people are SUCKS and the manager is really 2-face and LAZY
The maintenance is so lazy, it takes them forever to fix the problem. When they finally come, they do a poor job. Do not live on the bottom floor, there is piping issues due to the sink disposal garbage from all the other levels emptying into that pipe located in the pantry. It has overflown numerous times, absolutely disgusting! There has been gun shootings outside of the apartments, someone was killed in front of the office. There are water bug issues, they are everywhere. I've seen a few large cockroaches, but not really an issue. A couple good things I can say about the apartments are that they are quite spacious and the location is convenient.
Hunt club apartments is there worst place I ever lived.the manager lied to us on a few occasions.our apartment has bugs and the air and heat are controlled by the management.they are slow to fix problems and the water pipes are over40 years old.they also forgot we were moving in and the apt we were supposed to move into was not ready.they should not charge people to live here.they should pay us.once you sign the lease and pay the first months rent.they have got you.stay away
I have dealt with 5 different rental agencies in the Richmond area and Drucker and Falk, who now runs this apartment complex is by far the worst. I was never even an actual tenet in their Hunt Club complex. I had originally set up a move in date with them on August 10. I had my lease set to expire and a rental truck rented and half full when they called me to explain my apartment wasn't ready and would be ready for move in August 12. I begrudgingly accepted and left my U-haul full for the next 2 days. Then on the 12th when I called to ensure the apartment was ready for move in, they told me it wouldn't be until the 18th. After having a rental truck payed for for 3 days and other expediencies payed for to accommodate, they wouldn't budge on anything else. I would recommend finding an apartment from one of the slumlords in the museum/fan district because you will find better customer service from said landlord. And that makes me extremely sad to admit as I have rented from such. Buyer beware.
The worst experience ever! For one month no air, toilet, sink not working after 12 complaints check the better business bureu for more oh and every apt has a ton of roaches even Orkin cannot get rid of... regional manager is no help go to the courts
