I am yet to move in to the apartment. The apartment rent is a bit on the higher side. But I was promised to get a 600$ move in bonus. So I felt, this fits into my budget. Currently, the leasing office called me up and said that they cannot give the 600$ bonus. Instead they will give me a 300$ move in bonus because the apartment that I selected was on some special. But I was never aware of this and they never disclosed the information when I signed the lease agreement. Feels like I have been duped by their "crowd attraction" tactics. Future leasers, be aware of this. Talk to them about the exact apartment info and still there are no guarantees. They might still jack up the price. And when you go and talk about this, they belittle the difference as if the money is not worth anything. I would suggest to take the exact info in some sort of writing.
We like this place very much
These are great apts. I have lived here for years and there are always people putting out bad reviews cause they are just mad. The rent is good the place is clean and newer and the lot has great parking and the complex is always updating and spending money on the area. The staff is always nice and redy to assist you with anything. If you want a Corp place and want something nice where the rent is not raised a ton every year I would take a close look at this place.
I do not know about you but for me I like to keep things straight forward. This place is great! Most counties in Illinois have no incentive for landlords to return security deposits. Furthermore, service is always an issue . . . NOT HERE. This place was so direct in their dealings with me. I had no problems living here. The place is clean, management is the best I have ever worked with, and they treat you well. Any service you need they can provide it. There is a workout room, pool, business lounge, and more. Furthermore, when I got a job out of town they did not nickle and dime me on rent or stick me with needing excessive notice. Talk about integrity. This is a 5 star place, no less. I do software sales . . . and it is a crazy business . . . the last thing I need is to have to stress about the place I live. Bristol Station was headache free and living easy.
These are nice apartments, clean and up to date, great location, my only problem is the two managers they have working in the office. Both of them are completly worthless. The guy in the office is really nice, which is too bad because they two crazy nutcase managers make it horrible to live there...they should promote him, not the crazy ones they seem to always get.
