I'm listing my single bedroom within a four-bedroom apartment for a summer sublet. This apartment complex is in great shape, it was built in 2004 and overlooks the Iowa River. The complex includes reserved parking, on-site laundry, a balcony, air conditioning, and it is only a few blocks away from campus. The other tenants in the apartment are very laid-back, respectful, and trustworthy. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living room will be partially furnished, however, the bedroom will be empty when you move in.

The room will be available from May 20 - August 6. The monthly price breakdown goes as follows:

6/1-6/30: $500 (including rent, parking, and utilities)

7/1-7/31: $500 (including rent, parking, and utilities)
