Worst management and I would never ever recommend to a soul to live here. The manager is a real stupid who doesnot know how to talk less know how to treat the residents . I don't know where she got trained. She thinks she is the boss of all of us and we are at her mercy that we chose to live here. They forgot to smile long back.I went to so many apartments in the community and they receive really well and Lincoln property management sucks.
worst apartment to live in. Employees are rude and recklesss, lot of pesticide problem which would never be taken care. Break-ins are common and this is really insecure place you would live in.
I went to leasing office Dunwoody Station on Sep 28th around closing time. There was only one lady and she was very kind and helpful. Though it was almost closing time, she still took us to a model apartment and took time to explain the availability, features of other apartments. We left for the day and we hunted for few more apartments the following day Monday Sep 29th. We decided to go with Dunwoody Station (in spite of -ve comments) and we went to leasing office on 29th Sep. The lady whom we met the previous day was off. That day we met another lady. She was behaving exactly how other reviewers have explained in the forum. She was not even looking at me and was relunctantly answering my questions. I asked her the availability of new apartments and any earlier availability dates and she just kept doing her own work. At that point of time, she was acting as she is giving apartments for free. She is seated at a desk where she is supposed to sell rentals, but I guess she didnt like her job much. I said thank you and left for home. Just because one lady's attitude, I decided not to go with dunwoody station. I wish I could recall her name.
They are under new management, again, this time Lincoln Properties. I think the company has a good vision of what they are trying to do to the complex by renuvating, but they are only changing the face to cover up the real issues with Management, pest, and an unprofessional maintenance crew. Crime - The overall area is an ok place but not this complex. My car was stolen from the parking lot and have noticed police often are called for different reasons. The complex is gated but gates are always broken. Management - Corina the Property Manager has one of the worst attitudes. Leasing agents at the complex have even complained how difficult she is. Staff changes frequently. Before moving here a year ago I was told not to move here, but I tried it out anyway hoping this new mangement was different than the reviews and the folks that advised me. BY FAR THE WORST MOVING DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. Dont make my same mistake, go down the street to other complexes because this one is not built for normal folks who make a living and want to be comfortable when they walk thru their door.
Please DON'T DON'T DON'T Move here, the apartment sucks, they don't care about there tenants, I been here for 3 years and every year I been here they switch management company but no improvement on the property and staff. The staff is very very rude and is never helpful to the tenants needs. They allow students to live here which make it even more of a nightmare to live here. They are from the art institute and it made it even worst to live here. They was loud music playing every night, it was so bad I have to call the cops on them. I told the manger about it, not only she roll her eyes at me but she blow me off like I take care of it when I feel like it( very disrespectful lady). If you want to move here just for the location then it is a great location but please you are at your own risk if you think you going to get top customer services from this place. All the staff member there SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD I GIVE THIS APARTMENT A REAL BIG FAT 0 STAR, I WOULD SMH
