The worst renting experience I've ever had. Staff will talk down to you when you ask questions. They can't keep to a schedule, you can schedule a time to talk to them or have maintenance scheduled and nothing will happen. They ripped off my deck that had a thirty foot drop to the ground and left it this way for several months. Finally, had to call code inspectors from the city to make them fix it. Some items on my move in check sheet were never completed by maintenance during the nine months I lived there. Once the maintenance staff left my garage door open and front door open in 95 degree heat and left the property without closing any doors, and I was not present. The only thing they know how to do is deposit your check in their account.
The same as the last review. Have had water coming in my basement window every time it rains since October. Have contacted them about it 4 times and am still waiting for it to be fixed. Any maintenance is slow to be done and they will probably have to come back and do it again. The front office doesn't return your calls or email and when they do they just have excuses as to why they work hasn't been done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. The townhomes themselves are nice and spacious but you can not get maintenance requests done in a timely manner. In the time I have lived here, I have never had a maintenance request completed without having to call and request it at least twice, and it has never been completed when promised. If this didn't happen over and over, I would not be writing this review. I am just fed up! I currently have four repairs that need to be completed and have been waiting 4 weeks for this to happen. One of the nice things about renting is having maintenace issues resolved quickly and without cost. The last big repair I needed, I hired my own repairman and paid out of pocket. It just gets really frustrating. I even tried contacting the company that owns the property but that hasn't worked. They have not responded to my two emails and they don't have a phone number listed and the office staff won't give it to you. Seems shady to me. And worst of all, I just hear excuses when things don't get done, not apologies. A professional wouldn't defend themselves but instead would be proactive and call me to let me know something else had come up. If they actually did this and it didn't happen everytime, I would actually understand. I am reasonable and understand things come up. I am also very customer service oriented so sometimes it just shocks me when I am not treated well by a place I pay a lot of money to. I haven't had much interaction with the current leasing office employees but it seems that things will remain the same. I would not recommend living here unless you are EXTREMELY patient, which is really too bad because the townhomes themselves are really spacious and nice. They could keep this place packed full if they worked on their customer service and had repairs done quickly and when promised.
