I spent one year in this apartment complex. It was perfect for my requirements and I had a nice time. Management was very good. Safe place. Very convenient for public transport specially. You have good 3 routes around and very close by bus stops. Good places around for food, shopping. Good rental amount. 2015 Management was good. One incident - I had a one drain issue in bathroom. Just after I informed them, they sent the guy to fix it within 1-2 hours. Overall I am very happy with my stay!
Dirty +unsafe place and the management she dont care + this place have bud bugs +they dont clean will im living 4 years but now waiting for my lease to end moving..... You feel unwelcome manager too.....+you smel marijuana every where +usafe place.
Bad bad communication with reisdents on what they are doing with the place trash everywhere not the same anymore
my wife and I have lived here for almost a year our lease is up very soon we plan on moving out as soon as possible. number one the place is very dirty no one has any respect for the building they live in several times I have got in the elevator to either find dog poop trash or some kind of liquid the dripped out of the garbage bag that some child was dragged into the trash also young children under the age of 10 running and screaming down the hallways unsupervised playing in the parking lot riding bicycles I've actually had my car damage twice and brought it to the attention of management and was completely ignored everything is reported to management and her name is Myra she has blown me off. made me feel like I was a problem for bringing to her attention so I would definitely not recommend living here. It's like a Third World country people hanging their clothes out to dry on their porches people coming up at midnight and honking their horn I must say This is been the worst place I've ever lived and I look forward to moving out First of all owner why would you assume I decided to make a vague review lol I reported to Mayra and went above her head I have never heard back. Also the staff here does work hard the mantince man is very hard working. My complaint is against management come by after hours see what goes on around here don't take my word for it. The sad thing is I have never been late I always respect my apartment and my nebores but people like me will not stay here we will pay more money else where to have a peace of mind. And to Mrs Johnson when I said 3rd world country I was referring to the way the people treat the property so in not sure what you mean by my character? Also you only reiterated what I was saying when you said there is trash on the floors but we should pick it up lol? And I understand that children live here and play but the hallways poolroom gym or parking lot is not a place for unsupervised children it dangerous and unsafe not to mention a nuisance to others it's not my job to watch some else's child and tell them dont ride your bicycle in the hall because you almost ran my wife over coming around the corner and please don't yell in the hall because it disturbs others
I have lived at Cobblestone Hill for over 6 years now and would like to address some of the issues brought up in the reviews I have read. First of all, the two women who clean the common areas work extremely hard, five days a week, and do an excellent job trying to keep them clean. In addition, our maintenance and office staff are incredible and have always gone above and beyond to help me with any problem brought to their attention. Secondly, balconys are generally, by design, outdoors and outdoors is by its very definition not very private so, if it's privacy you are seeking, I suggest you go to your bedroom and shut the door. Thirdly, families live here, and that usually means there will be children and children play. That's what they do. Fourth, perhaps the most troubling comment was the one referring to my home as a "third world country". This speaks volumes about your character so do us all a favor ... go away and let the rest of us enjoy the wonderful diversity of our neighbors. Having said all that, Cobblestone Hill is by no means perect. Yes, rent keeps rising but that's everywhere. Welcome to Denver. And the sirens from police cars, ambulances and fire trucks traveling up and down Quebec/Tamarac can be annoying. Not much anyone can do about that. And yes, there is often trash on the floors but tenants could and should do their part by throwing said trash in the available trash cans. And, yes, people sometimes use the barbecue area for family get togethers that can become loud but they usually wrap up at a decent time of night and all is well. As far as I know there has only been one such gathering the entire summer and that was just recently. And yes, an occassional drunk will show up and make a scene but we have security personnel who are available to handle the situation if necessary. There have been so many weekend nights when I sat on my balcony and the only sounds I heard were crickets and traffic. I love where I live. For those of you who don't, I wish you well in your quest to find the utopic, ivory tower apartment complex you long for. Good bye and good luck. Oh, and by the way, it's "neighbors" and "maintenance" not "nebors" and "mantince." If you don't believe me look it up in the dick-shun-ery. laughing out loud!
