If you don’t already have this type of insurance our Management software offers one that is very reasonable ($9.50 per month) and it is paid at the same time as rent via the same method (online payment through our tenant portal or via check mailed to our office) as your rent payment. This is not renters insurances and doesn't cover the tenants or their guests personal belongings or property.

All Applicants will be asked to: fill out an application and pay an application fee of $35. If you have multiple tenants who will be financially responsible for paying rent an application for each tenant will be required. In addition to the rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification, proof of income and valid Social Security number or tax ID. Once we receive your application a back ground and credit check will be run on qualified candidates.
