We are offering for rent sixteen newly-renovated 1br/1 bath units in the Fulton Park Apartments building. The building is completing a total renovation and some units are available now, others will come available over the next 2-4 weeks. Each 1br unit is approximately 650 sqft and rent is $975/month plus each tenant pays $20/month as a water/sewer supplement.
