I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease because I'm transferring schools to fulfill my degree. The Room is in a big 6 bedroom house with 5 other university Oregon students ( all males). There are 3 bathrooms and 2 showers. The house has 3 levels with large living room kitchen and basement. Very responsible group not excessively loud or messy . It is a 5 minute walk to campus. Surrounded by a good atmosphere. Perfect for any college student or young adult wishing to live in Eugene. The rent for the room itself is $460. Utilities not included, total estimated at $550 maximum. Also the possibility to include a twin bed and desk in room if desired. Available starting December 12th.
