So far good, i have had maintenance response within a few hours. Minor issues that have no emergency, i just moved in and i have to say that the response is within 24 hours. Not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for making my experience great.
We have always been home owners. This is our first experience in an apartment. We love it here! The staff is helpful and friendly. Repairs and maintenance are very efficient and timely. The only issue is parking. It is sometimes a challenge. All in all we plan to be her for a while.
The management team is nice and helpful but ultimately useless. The apartment appearance has been in constant decline since arrival. They had a break in of their mail room where someone took a crowbar to the wall of boxes, a couple units had their doors removed, luckily mine was just loose. This happened back in January of 2014 and it still isn't fixed (March 2015). They remind me that it will be fixed and they have plans for an out-door mail room, cool an outdoor location that can be broken into even easier, wonderful idea. The entry gates are nothing more than show, have a house party to reach? Push that gate open, it isn't locked or anything! The amazing part about the gate, even if you HAVE an entry card or number the gate may not even open because it is stuck 60% of the time. Get out and push that gate! Triple A security. While they are busy not fixing the mail room or the security issues, they installed a brand new dog park! FINALLY! The issue before was that lazy tenants were letting their dogs poop where kids play and never picking up after their beloved family pets. Now with the new park, you don't have to worry about kids stepping in poop because the whole grass area is gated off! Keep those pesky kids in their houses! The new slogan for mission grove should be "Mission Grove, Family Oriented!" I haven't been broken into yet but with the lack of security, it wouldn't be hard to imagine it happening. Lock up everything, don't park your car on the outside street, that would be insane. TL;DR -- Look for another place. It isn't worth the hassle to live here. So unfortunate since the grounds are fairly pretty.
AWFUL MANAGEMENT, Nicole the manager is a sly manager. She and other staff, "John" the bald assistant manager, lied to us on several times when our apartment had problems and it TOOK them a month to repair what was damaged. In that order, it forced us to move in our living room for a month. We still had to pay full month for 2 bedroom which we did not use and was forced to live in our living room because they were supposed to be fixing the wall (water came down from upstair and damaged our walls) Maintenance crew (not Jake) IS LAZY!!!! I had requested in repairing my refrigerator (apartment provides it) several months ago and they said they would have to order a part for it. it has been a month since they said it would take 2-3 days. A MONTH!!! Like I said LAZY!!! DO NOT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, your money will be better off somewhere else too.
Bad Review for them for sure. The staff is awful and dishonest. It would benefit for you to look somewhere else than this apartment. You will be more happier somewhere else, trust me. I live here now and it is horrible. Service sucks and crew lies to protect their hide.
