Refundable pet deposit of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. 3 pet maximum. Also $25 a month in pet rent per month and an additional $10 for each additional pet. Pet rent is nonrefundable.

Approval is based on the results of the online application. The application fee is $45.00.In order to be approved you must have a credit score above 530, no evictions within the last 5 years, no felonies in the last 5 years and monthly income 3x the rent.Once you���ve been approved, there is a $150.00 Reservation Fee. Paying this ensures your move-in date is guaranteed, and the home will be closed to other applicants
