DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! This place is a joke walking down the sidewalk at 8:45 and was shot at this place is not safe esp. If you have kids..... my vehicle has been broken into and have seen other people's vehicle with there window busted out once again horrible place to reside. On top of that the office manager is always gone or showing an apartment so you will never be able to get any problem resolved because none of the staff can do anything it always is out of there power to make any decisions without the managers approval I wouldn't suggest anyone to waste there money on living in a place that isn't safe it's only getting one star if I could just do it with none I would've
There's nothing to like. I moved back to illinois and I told them to send me my final bill to what I owe them and they never did. Wouldn't answer they're phones, nothing. Got a call from collections today, they think ima pay 2,400 for nothing. Over $200 for trashed apartment. I cleaned the apartment, washed the walls, shampooed the floor everything before I left. My apartment was not trashed. Whatever you do, don't move here.
LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN THOUGH THE SIZE IS PRETTY LARGE YOU WILL NOT ENJOY IT. I make double the poverty rate as a Director at a large staffing firm and my wife is a stay at home who watches our young daughters. Most of the people who will complain typically didn't pay on time and are upset that they missed a bill or whatever, and that is not legit, but I am going to provide REAL data as to why this is truly the worst apartment complex to live in and no one should even pass through for a visit. 1. I had to move from Loudoun County, Virginia with my 2 young daughters and wife (a 26 hour uhaul drive for me and a plane ride for the family). We were provided a move in date and we came down (and paid of course). When we got here, they indicated that we couldn't move in yet because of a "fire" (which turned out to be a blatant lie) and that our room wasn't ready. Lie #1. So, we stayed in a hotel on our own dollar (was never reimbursed) and was told to come back in the morning. 2. We came back the following morning only to be told that it was still not ready. I threatened at that point to sue for negligent misrepresentation, and suddenly the room was available. We moved in that day and the property owner walked us through and so I forgave them. 3. Our toilets stopped working (both of them) and we requested maintenance as this is considered an emergency, and they DID NOT respond for nearly two days. Then they provided a time they would be here and they did not. I again threatened to file a complaint and he (a 16 year old maintenance man) showed up and fixed the issue. 4. There are huge New York size RATS and BUGS EVERYWHERE (including at the park where I thought I could take my daughter) 5. They NEVER answer the phone and when you show up in person they are all dumbfounded and blame it on someone else in the organization. We do not have a privy of contract with anyone in the organization, but only the organization itself and they are responsible for training competent staff to represent them, but to blame it on an employee (and by they I mean management) and not own accountability for ANYTHING is not a good practice. 6. They are the rudest people I have ever met. I have heard them raise their voice and make sarcastic statements towards elderly people who have complaints 7. Despite the fact that I signed a lease for a $950/mo apartment, I am ALWAYS charged $1050. The first month I paid it because they have a blended rate to include utilities so I didn't think it was the rent component. I addressed it with them 4 times in one day and finally they indicated that it would be fixed. It was not fixed, and I was told to pay the amount I thought was due (a weird thing to tell someone as a business), and I was sent 3 eviction letters. Of course the were waived with no fees because I DID pay on time, but I had to come out of my peace to do their job for them. Yet again this month, I was not accredited the overpayment from the previous month, and now my electric bill has spiked from $130/month to $315/month!! They DO NOT CLEAN THE AIR CONDITIONER FILTERS and we are in a humid part of TX, and that has caused the spike (no fans on, everything is unplugged, and always keep temperature at 75-80 degrees (depending on if we are home or not). 8. They now do not have an answering box at the number I used to call, and I called the number on google and started to leave a voice message when it cut off. Summary: although everyone who I have encountered who lives here is awesome to talk to, this is the dirtiest, rudest, inarticulate, uncaring, cheapest most broken down apartment complex on the planet - and to top it all off they are liars and make fake promises that they don't come through with. When the managers look sad every time someone walks into the office, you know the place is CRAP. IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE YOU CANNOT DO IT HERE THIS IS THE MOST STRESSFUL LIVING PLACE EVEN FOR SOMEONE WHO NEVER MISSES A BILL!!!
Literally worst apartments ever....Management has zero customer skills and the treat their residents like dirt. Every review on here is spot on. No pool, drug deals everywhere, changing contracts, wont give out information, play games with who is really the manager. What a joke of a place and if you move into this place you will get what you deserve as you have been warned how bad it is. Don't let the reasonable price with a big floor plan draw you in as you will be writing a negative review soon.
Awful management. When we first moved in, the people in the office were helpful and friendly, but a new management company came in in late 2013 and they are terrible. The previous reviewer is correct about the pool and notices. The apartments are affordable and pretty nice on the inside, but don't be fooled. Bad area and worse management team.
