Home includes kitchen and dining area well furnished for 6 people, living room, laundry w/ washer & dryer, and open basement common room. Your room is the nicest in the house! Around 200 square feet plus closet. Second floor, with a relaxing back balcony/porch. The bathroom is shared with 1.5 other tenants. Common spaces are generally furnished; room is unfurnished.

House mates are late-20 professionals; 3 men and 2 women; working in software, medicine, congress, and NGO. Most of us share interests in mission-driven work, reading, and spending time outdoors; we hang out a bit and generally get along very well.

We can accommodate some pets but are currently housing a feisty medium dog for the next couple months - she is super friendly with people but does not get along well with other pets.

You'll be sharing responsibility and authority for the whole home/lease with other tenants. Must be interested in staying for at least a year.
