It's been many years since we've lived in an apt, so we were anxious about moving here. We've lived here about 6 months and this by far is one of the best apartment communities in Seminole Fl. The apartments themselves aren't fancy: typical layout, average in size etc, but very nice & clean. What makes this place special? It's the management staff, Kat & Allison, & all the maintenance staff that are Top Notch! ANY issue that I and my partner (is deaf) have had, they are so quick to respond. And do it with such genuine concern. Our apt home has a private patio area that we love. The grounds are Very well kept, beautiful, lush landscaping, picnic areas, pool area, workout room- always super clean. Our neighbors are friendly & polite, & no significant noise issues. Only small complaint- the water irrigation system: though it runs at night, you can not comfortablly walk on the sidewalks without getting yourself drenched with reclaimed water. You would think adjusting the spray direction would be realitively simple. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home and recommend it to anyone who likes a quite, low key environment for a reasonable price!
I've been living at Costa Del Sol for about 2 1/2 years now and this is the first time in my life I've lived in an apartment. I moved from a 4/3/3 on almost 2 acres so it was QUITE an adjustment. I chose to live to hear mainly because of the area and the apartment I have has a patio and I needed this for my 2 dogs. The management is wonderful and Kat, the manager handles all issues with service calls immediately based on priority. She doesn't tolerate any type of disruptive behavior and there is a really nice group of people who live here and some for many years. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. My only complaint is the reclaimed water that is used but unfortunately is used in most communities.
The management doesn't care one bit about their tenants. If you complain about noise they tell you to suck it up....that that's apartment living and maybe you should move to a trailer in the woods. Really now? They don't care about you at Costa.
