So I whent to my apartment and there was a homless man sitting in my room and he was really drunk and he threw me off the balcony and I am now in a full body cast and I am going to sue the owner for 5 bazillon dollars IN COINS. I will use this money at the arcade to win a stuffed bear. I think you should hire Niccolo Machiavelli. GOOD BAI BIC BOYEE
When I moved into the Renaissance I was a teacher and a single father going through a divorce. Now I am homeless and have lost my family and teaching credential because of how I was traumatized and victimized by the front office and employee that lived above us. My infant son and I rented an apartment for 2 years. When our toilet back flooded in toilet water I needed to get Fair Housing involved for us to be moved. All they wanted to do was spray disinfectant and set up giant heaters. The unit smelled like an outhouse. When we moved to the front( 2 bedroom/1.5 bath) my son nearly broke his nose when he tripped in a pothole in a car port. The complex never fixed the pothole and never offered to pay medical bills if he needed medical attention. The real nightmare started when a female employee and her family moved in above us. From the moment I met them I had an uneasy feeling and I couldn't get away from fast enough from her and her friends. In fact she never introduced herself. It took me weeks to find out she even worked in the front office. Not soon after I am being traumatized and stresses out in every way imaginable. My privacy was invaded. The female made her own key to my apartment. I come home and know they have been in it. I rent a scanner that detected surveillance equipment. They grow marijuana in their apartment and smoke it with my little sister. The husband never leaves the apartment. They loosen floor boards right above my door and it sounds like my door is being kicked in when they step on them from above. But they only do it at night. I find fiber optic cable pointing into my unit from their balcony. I one day experience this unusual physical discomfort that I decide to leave my apartment for the day. A whole group of people, the upstairs employee and their friends, follow me to a local motel. I don't stay long. They pipe their voices into my unit. The female employee had access to my computer and my personal accounts. She and her degenerate friends, fellow do nothing pot smokers, conspire to have me arrested and kicked out of the complex over Thanksgiving break right before the holidays. The front office and Renaissance Corp.(Riverstone Residential Group) did absolutely nothing to help, assist or resolve. I never made a late payment. I worked full time, I was a full time student, divorcing and had 50% custody or more of my son. He was 3 years old. On top of the things mentioned above they were also into spiritual targeting stuff. Witchcraft, Black Magic. Believe it or not. I lived it. I am Catholic. So I had to deal with those adversities. So here's the kicker. Ever since I lived under that Renaissance employee my life and the life of my family has never been the same. She has unleashed hell on me and my family. I have had to deal with so much trauma, adversity and intentional cruelty since I left the Renaissance. The employee never adhered to Stay Away Orders. she and her friends hovered around my work where I was teaching. I eventually broke from the trauma 15 months later when we were living in another complex in Citrus Heights. I lost my teaching credential. I went to jail for 20.5 months. At the time I was completing my Masters, having my second child( first daughter), finalizing my divorce and getting remarried. I am now homeless. When I was incarcerated I wrote the Renaissance. They never wrote back or tried to assist in anyway. When I was released it was even worse! Everything I had experienced living at the Renaissance under the female employee was intensified! From the beginning I always felt my son was in danger. Than when the female employee decided to bring in other like minded monsters the terrorism became verbal. I lived alone with my son much of the time. A year after I moved out of the Renaissance it came off as if the employee's had hatched a scheme to ruin me, push me to suicide and or prison, rather than suffer a consequence for what they did to me, my family, while as a resident and thereafter. I characterize them as a terrorist organization.
I've lived here since 2012. At first the office was extremely nice until I signed my lease. After that I couldn't get help with anything These apartments have black mold, the Jacuzzi is shut off by 6:00pm, and I've got my car broken into multiple times as well as multiple neighbors got their tires slit because security is rarlely here (they patrol four other complexs) and neighborhood kids think its funny. One of my neighbors in the next port over recently got her car stolen out of her parking spot. My other neighbors are completely on drugs, the people who live in here are constantly outside yelling and causing a scene. AND you are not able to have Someone's car towed out of your spot, they have three days to move. Inside of apartments are nice, but I rarely feel safe in them.
I have lived here since July 2011, and from the beginning it has been a rough start. First, the worker at the front office was EXTREMELY rude and behaved VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, despite being pretty pleasant over the phone while helping me figure out how to move in from out of state. We checked in at the front office to get our apartment keys, and were not able to get our keys until 430pm, when it was quitting time for her. She dragged things out as long as possible, ignored us, talked AROUND us as if we were not standing right there, and is absolutely the most unpleasant person you will ever meet. When I finally got the keys, and we did a fast walk through the apartment, it looked great, probably because I was just so relieved that we actually had a place to finally stay. After being here for some period of time, we have encountered sooo many more problems, the woman who made this all a struggle was only the beginning. The walls are so paper thin, we hear our neighbors arguing, babies crying, children screaming, and booming rap music with annoying bass (and of course obnoxious sex sounds). We can hear heavy footsteps from the apartment next door as if someone were walking in our apartment. The walls are thick with years of coats of paint that are peeling at the edges after 6 short months of living here. The bathroom vent is not directly above the shower stall, which causes such a build up of steam that there is now mold growing on the very moist ceiling (which is also peeling because of this). The closet doors are crooked in their tracks. The kitchen drawers do not have tracks to pull out on, its just wood rubbing on wood which results in a ton of compress wood shavings all over your drawer contents. The AC unit is so old, that if you do not close one vent (to the bedroom or living room) neither will get cold enough. (I was told this by maintenance, that you must choose which room you want to cool, other wise it is not powerful enough. Also my neighbor has the 'venice' bedroom layout, and their living room does not even cool at all.) Despite the complex providing 'doggy poo pick up bags', there is still random poo all over the place because of lazy owners who let their dogs roam loose whenever. (Someone's pet just caught 'Giardia' apparently from stepping in poo and posted a very upset note for all to see). One of the laundry facilities (the largest one) NEVER has hot/warm water. The FRIDGE is even cheap! The rails on the doors have broken SOO many times just from opening the door, leading to a lot of broken bottles/containers of food on the kitchen floor. The light above the stove is consistently burning out. Has been replaced 5 times since we've been here. The dishwasher handle is broke, and now cannot close all the way or you'll have a hard time opening it again. The towel rack in the bathroom came right out of the wall from an empty hole, where there is nothing for the screw to hold on to. All these things may be small separately, but put together result in a CHEAP, CRAPPY APARTMENT. It is obvious that they will not be making any improvements soon. They are renovating the floors, removing carpet and replacing it with hard wood. But that is the least of this apartments problems. They need to fix these paper thin walls. Also, these yard workers are outside blowing leaves and cutting grass at 7am! They usually finish by 9 or 10am, and park in the busiest driveway and sit around and eat and play loud music until 3pm at the end of their workday. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT?! Disturb everyone super early, then hang out for 5 hours. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more rent for a little more professionalism and privacy.
