I would like to say that these apartments are way over priced and never any parking I always had to park in the street they always said they were going to asing parking but they never did and if something in your unit stopped working the maintenance man took his sweet time dont get me wrong i like the floor plans but the way they manage the place is ridicules they need better staff that will actually work and do the job right the first time trust me if you move in it will be a nightmare they will nice at first but then its just hell...

In the three years that I have lived in this apartment I have seen many changes, and finally there have been some for the good. The new landscapers are much more professional and the grounds look beautiful! I love that I can maintain my own flowers and garden area and it's nice to finally have a crew that takes as much pride in the property as some of us residents do. I am also happy with the upgrades the management did to my apartment for my last lease renewal. I have some great neighbors, and really love this neighborhood. The location is very convenient and in an excellent neighborhood. The manager and maintenance man are both very helpful and get things done. I think this is a great place to live.

Lack of gems, it wasn't a nightmare till i tried to leave I lived their for two years and it was ok except...when the parking lot flooded and you had to go to your car in rubber boots to not ruin your shoes before work. Also when you need something maintained took forever, and the parking was always fight. But the worst was the lack of a BBB certification and it showed when I tried to leave they tried to get every penny from me and still haven't given me my deposit for a very clean and well kept apartment. So by all means move in but, if you plan on moving out make sure they don't screw you over.
