DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I have one friend and one relative who rented from Amli Victoria. They both say the office staff NEVER picks up the telephone. When I would go stay the night at my cousins apartment, there was NEVER any parking. Also, when my cousin moved out of AMLi he was still getting charged for rent two months AFTER he moved out!!! Extremely bad business!
This is a fellow warning to any future and current residents. This apartment complex will trap you into paying month to month after your lease ends. This is due to poor communication with their residents and cost me close to $2,000 even though I was no longer living in the apartment. Let me tell you my story: To start this is a nice apartment complex. A good location and good facilities. Over priced, but that is how the market is. Anyway I began looking to move to renting a house about 2 months out from when my lease ends. I had a lot of uncertainty with my other fellow roommates and didn't close on the house till 16 day before my lease was up. I didn't want to let AMLI know my final decision, because if the house deal fell through I very well could have stayed. Turns out we got the house and that day I went to talk to the staff about my decision to leave. That is when they told me that I had to give a two months notice. And was responsible for rent for two months from this date. Now before everyone jumps on my for not knowing the policy, let me say that I am new to California and its strict rules. Plus I was only told this when I first signed the lease and it is easy to forget. The main reason I am so upset is that many of my coworkers were contacted several times by phone or email about the importance to when their notice was due by other Rancho Cucamonga Apartments. Victoria Arbors did none of that....Unacceptable. As a result I moved all my stuff to the house a day later and still had to pay the prorated month to month rate for two months ($2,000). PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. By not letting them get any of your money and just don't live here. What made me more upset was the fact that the staff told me this has happened to other residents before. This should never happen, the residents should be their most important value, but clearly all they think about is screwing you put of a lot of money. Hope this helps
I like the apartment complex and most of the office staff. Loved being close to Victoria Gardens.
The worst apartments I have ever rented from. Nothing but dummies working in the office. There are different people working in the office daily. Office manager Veronica is the dumbest person I have ever dealt with. They tried sending me a bill stating I owed them money, I moved out over 4 months ago.I hope this place burns down
Nice apartments but WAYY overpriced. A few complaints which I think people should know before moving into there. First off, the manager named Ashley has a really horrible attitude, ignores you if you walk into the front desk, and she parks in front of my garage on a weekly basis. When I called her out on it, she started putting bushes in front of my garage instead. Really mature and professional. Second off, more and more frequently I come home to at least 4-6 cop cars in the parking lot. Never know exactly why or what is going on, but management puts up notices about once every few weeks telling us that there has been a crime and to remember to lock our doors and leave our tvs and lights on when we are not home. Cause that's energy and cost efficient. Hey, how about getting that gate that's been broken for about 6 months fixed? There's an idea. Thirdly, even though you sign the lease, they can raise your rent at any time. They did it to my neighbors and they had to move out without notice. Only perk of living here is that Victoria Gardens is right across the street. Otherwise, waste of money and time.
