Nothing ever gets fixed. Large hole in my ceiling that was not fixed in 6 months, because my account leaked buckets of water. The ac unit was extreamly loud, never fixed. Bad leaks, and sewage back ups. Pigeons poop on everything and neighbors are very rude. It's not uncommon at midnight to hear N-word this, N-word that from the scc football team that is housed there. Cigarettes all over my patio. Things stolen out of my truck. My truck was egged twice. Never had access to the club house, and for a few months, homeless people lived in the club house. Jacuzzis never worked once. The only saving grace was being able to break my lease early due to all these issues, but not without a 45 dollar carpet cleaning fee that "everybody gets". Even though my carpet was fine.
This is one of the most unhelpful office staffs that I have encountered! They are rude and not willing to help their residents with issues! they lie and say the reward you with $150 dollars if you refer people to better their business and then never follow through.. I've had friends in the complex with roach problems and maintenance issues that last well over a month! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
Incompetent management. The people at the desk lost my rent twice and issued me an eviction notice AFTER they found them. The notice was thrown out after a heated call. The only good thing about this place was the location, and maintenance staff. Super nice guys. We had problems with our air conditioning and hot water at one point and the maintenance crew is always respectful and kind. TIPS IF YOU PLAN ON MOVING HERE: Don't.
Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this incompetently run apartment complex. Pathetic excuse after pathetic excuse for just about everything. We have been here a month and are still waiting for our mail box keys, while the person who has our keys keep throwing away our mail. We have been threatened about our parking spot, and the build quality is beyond poor. The office staff is professional at one thing- putting the blame on someone else. When we moved into our apartment, after giving them four days post-move in, there was still blood spattered on the bathroom walls, bugs in the ceiling fan's light, and smelled like a family of stray cats had been living in it for years. Furthermore, there was trash in the storage unit and was not removed for three weeks. We were hoping to stay for two years, but honestly, it's only $2000 to get out of the lease. Seriously considering biting the bullet and pulling the plug to save us any further inconvenience.
From the first week I moved in 6 months ago, I found sections of the complex unkempt. Stairwells where and through ways leading to the apartments where olive trees had shed leaves and olives had never been cleaned up for several months. I know this now because I have lived here for 6 months and theses areas have not been cleaned since I moved. Two months ago I heard rats running around in the ceiling of my apartment (I live on the second floor). After waiting a couple of weeks to confirm that they were rats I notified the office staff. Four weeks later they made no effort to rectify the problem and for almost a month I could smell dead rat(s) through the vents in the kitchen area!!!! I have been told by maintenance staff that the present owners cut back the number of workers and the service at this complex shows it.
