We are approaching our third year here at the View and we just love it! This apartment complex has a great sense of community, and there are always things to do: ranging from book clubs, game nights, social hours, and even fitness classes. The classes appeal to people of all ages: the morning classes tend to accommodate seniors and the evening classes tend to attract anyone who wants to sweat! We've just gotten to know so many wonderful people here. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and modern. They have high ceilings, large balconies, granite counter tops (both kitchen and bathrooms), and good appliances. I really appreciate the open concept design and natural light. Also, we are very close to nature trails that pave around Long Lake. I walk or run them almost everyday with the dog. Yes, dogs are welcome here, and it seems like everyone has a dog, but beware, your dog might learn to love the office more than you! There are treats in the office :-) If you are a good person and you take pride in where you live, we will be glad to have you!

I can't say enough about the excellence of The View. This luxurious, resort-like lakeshore community bordering one of the area's premier regional parks is probably one of the finest apartment complexes in the entire Twin Cities. Every life-style amenity you could want is available here. But The View's greatest asset is its exceptional professional staff. Corrin, Susie, Randy, Mario, Kirsten... Their exceptionally friendly, caring, can-do professional attitude positively radiates through this entire community. Occasional requests for special services or maintenance are always performed on or ahead of schedule and always are performed with total professional excellence. Each professional's concierge-quality service is consistently of the "wow factor", totally exceeding our expectations. This team's exceptional professionalism and solid management of this property speaks very highly of the Stuart Companies' commitment to maintaining a top quality property with the finest of professional management. When we decided to try apartment living as a one year experiment, we picked The View. We will happily be here for a long, long time.

I have been beyond pleased with our experience here at The View. From the day I sent the initial rental inquiry the management has been both helpful and professional, going out of their way to make the transition as seamless as possible. Our family moved in when I was pregnant with our first child and, being a nervous first time parent, I had many concerns regarding conveniences, safety and community culture. My expectations were exceeded. Management communication with the residents is very thorough and I so appreciate that rules and policy are enforced. I will always be grateful to every single manager I've been in contact with here, as well as the exceptional maintenance team, for creating such a warm and welcoming environment we are privileged to call home.

I had the honor of giving a presentation on Wellbeing to the residents of The View. Corrin Secrist was the presentation coordinator. Corrin asked me to present because of our prior and ongoing professional relationship outside of her role at The View. Corrin values personal and professional growth and felt excited to share the topic with her residents. She provided the residents of The View a clear and honest depiction of the presentation and enthusiastically encouraged them to attend. Corrin was courteous and respectful, ensuring I had everything I needed to deliver the best possible presentation to her residents on the day of the presentation. I'm very grateful for Corrin's courtesy and professionalism; she made the event a success.

The View at Long Lake in New Brighton has been our home since August, 2012. In the almost three years that we have lived here, we have: entertained family and friends, enjoyed the panoramic vistas and views from our apartment windows and balcony, strolled and roller-bladed on the nearby paths through Long Lake Regional Park, hosted dinners for both small and large groups in the Lakeside room (including a Groom’s dinner for one of our sons), and avoided additional back pain by leaving the snow shoveling and lawn mowing to the care of Property Management. We have met and interacted with some of the most interesting, gracious, and caring residents anyone could ask for or expect. Our dog has socialized with most, but not all, other dogs, but apparently still prefers a human touch and an occasional treat from the office staff. Throughout the many years we have called The View our home, we have been impressed with the competence and consistency of the Property Management staff. Their responsiveness to our requested work orders and concerns has always been swift and completed to our satisfaction. This has been an extremely well-managed facility and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new residence. - Greg and Deb
