Downstairs unit consists of 2 bedrooms. Located in the Clark Fulton area. Close to Ohio City, Gordon Square and downtown. Downstairs tenant is responsible for cutting the grass, in turn tenant gets parking space in the garage. Tenant pays utilities. There is a $45 monthly fee for water. No Section 8. No Pets.

Screening: We charge $25 per person over the age of 18 which covers our cost for doing the background check. We screen using credit, background and eviction checks as well as income, job history and landlord references. If interested please apply. We look for ways to approve tenants.
