I lived here for a total of 15 months and recently moved to be closer to my job. My experience here has been phenomenal. My biggest kudos goes to maintenance who have gone above and beyond in terms of how fast they respond to service requests and how thorough they make repairs. More kudos goes to the office staff which have always been pleasant and very responsive. Sometimes the noise level can get a little high at certain times if you are facing the interior of the complex. However, for the most part, this isn't bothersome at all as long as you're not a curmudgeon. My only complaint is I had to do a lot of move-out preparation lest I would be charged but that seems to be standard with today's renters' market. Overall, I would definitely rent here again. It was a pleasant living experience with an optimal location.
Horrendous treatment of their residents at Advenir at Stapleton, they completely rob you of your security deposit. There are some very nice staff members but now I understand why turnover is so high in the year we lived here we watched the staff people change dramatically - unfortunately the management simply has terrible ethics and they make sure they take every penny from you that they can. They sent us a check for $10.44 with absolutely no explanation of where our money went, which is almost more insulting than getting nothing. So just don't expect to get anything back. Or just avoid living here all together, that would be the better option. We worked hard to clean up and called asking where our money went and they used every excuse in the book - they still charged us $125 for a cleaning fee. They also took eighty dollars from us for new drip pans, which were the same exact nasty drip pans that came with the place when we moved in. How insulting. They don't give a crap about anything but profit - so please beware!
One word to describe this place: uncomfortable. The excessive amount of rules makes this place feel like a mixture of prison, boot camp, and preschool. The parking rules are pointless, the rules regulating what we can have on our patios are Hitleresque, and the fact that we are constantly getting bombarded with reminders about these rules is infuriating. All of these security measures don't make us feel safe, they are more of an inconvenience. It would be nice if there were more ways to enter. My car and others were broken into with this incompetent "security system." Everyone's always getting lectured and threatened about picking up after their pets and yet the trash cans are constantly overflowing and the bags are always out of stock. The "office team" comes off as unpleasant. The maintenance team is timely yet ineffective. They couldn't fix our stove after several requests and they replaced our washer/dryer with another broken one on more than one occasion. Lastly, there are constant water and power outages. And with all of that, you want to raise our rent?
Worst experience ever. The staff is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. They talk to you nicely when you come to visit them first, but once you move in, they do not care about you. They are very money minded, non-customer friendly. When I pointed them, their answer was " we are not here to serve anybody". The apartment is filthy, with dog poop and pees, and smell very bad at times. Requires constant maintenance. When I moved, my rent was decided on the prorated bases as per quote obtained two months ago, I decided to move after two days of the planned date, and they increased my rate to 126 $/month for moving in two days late. I had to fight for this, with total lack of understanding and really apathic, dumb, arrogant and unprofessional rental people harrassing me.
Very rude and unequal...they were reluctant to greet me and found every excuse not to give me a tour.
