I could not be happier living at Pinnacle Terrace. While we will only be here about 6 months or so, the apartment is extremely comfortable. The grounds are kept in pristine condition. The noise level is very low even though we are very close to the second pool. The staff is also excellent. Valarie, the leasing manager was excellent and made the leasing process so smooth. I have to also mention Oscar one of the maintenance people. He has needed to come to our apartment a couple of times and I have found him not just competent but knowledgeable, quick to respond and correct the very few things that have occurred. I would rent an apartment here any time and would highly recommend the facility to anyone wanting a quite, upscale complex that is both friendly and secure.
#thinktwice when you #rent @Pinnacle_Ter The staff uses F...K words to you easily when you are with your kids. Also it is infested with cockroachs. Stay away from this place.
I believe everyone in the office works as hard as they can with the tools and funds they are given. They do their best but I'm sure they are frustrated with their own jobs. Riverstone has not done a good job - even trying to understand my monthly rent statement is confusing - water, trash, etc - I really like BRE much better. But - the schools are great, the location cannot be beat and I really enjoyed my neighbors. It is a dog friendly community with lots of kids and a very diverse population. I did enjoy my two years and wish the team the best. as a single Mom, I felt safe and never heard an outside disturbance or witness any burglary. My only complaint is with Riverstone.
Bed Bugs! Bed Bugs! Bed Bugs! Need I say more? Stay away from this place. It is infested with bed bugs.
Growing to hate this place. New mgmt seem to get their kicks out of being extremely anal. Things the old management didn't care about, this one does (We can no longer have sunshades matching the apartment paint scheme and their rules concerning what is appropriate for your patio, noise regulations, etc..) If you violate any of these things, their lease stipulates you breached your contract and broke your lease). Thankfully, we haven't had any complaints about noise, but we are musicians and I wonder how long it will take to be found guilty of breaking our contract. I'm reasonable - I do not need to be micromanaged or treated as though I live in a dormitory. We signed a ten(10) month lease. I'm seriously worried that they will nickel and dime the hell out of us before we leave because of the lease stipulations on how they expect the apartment to look - like you never were there. It's unreasonable to not take into account normal wear and tear. It seems as though maintenance has a cavalier attitude towards repair. We moved in with rust in our sink, once reported they put paint on it that they recommended dry for a day. We let it dry and, of course, it washed away. The linoleum looks like wood, is not. We found scuff marks under our couch on the linoleum and were told just to say it looked like that when we got there. I don't see that going well. Also, for the first two years we lived here we got a decent discount on rent because of my works proximity to these apartments. There is no longer such a discount. Some of the staff is condescending. Most are very nice to work with.
