The only pro about this apartment complex is the location. Apartment - Room sizes are odd. In our apt, the master bedroom was tiny, while the guest room was huge. The fixtures and power outlets are in very odd places. My favorite was a towel handing right over an electrical outlet. Also bathroom drawers that wouldn't open with the bathroom door open. Storage- There is very little storage in the kitchen considering how much space was available. The cabinets are ridiculously deep, which take up space that doesn't get used often. Cleanliness- I know for a fact someone comes in to vacuum the hall once a week, but the stairs are always musty and have a funky smell. There was dog poop in the stairs for months Amenities - While the amenities look fine, there were often lights out, gym equipment that wasn't working. They also charge you for using the movie room, so I never bothered with it. Communication - While the staff is nice, I often found them forgetful or aloof. The worst was when I handed in my keys a few days early, no one told me I was effectively changing my move out date and would incur charges for "insufficient notice". (I thought theyd keep the keys in storage for the two days I wasn't there) If I didn't get something into a service request it would never get done. If I sent an email, 90% of the time I had to go down to the office in person to get a reply.
Excellent location in downtown Redmond with a great staff. Loved the underground parking as well. Very friendly and kind group who were very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Would definitely recommend Veloce and would stay here again.
Great location, is getting condo internet(1Gbps), its a little pricey and parking gets a little crowded. I never had a problem with management.
Not only am I in love with the finishes and amenities, the staff is always immensely accommodating and never rude. I have adored ALL the employees that I have been working with me and my lady Samantha since day one. We moved from Nevada, and apartment hunting was just enough for us to call it quits. This was the only company that I felt bent over backwards to help us. They took our price range, area where we wanted to live and called around. THEY did the work for us. We ended up finding Veloce and Cody was our consultant. He was so knowledgeable and has always helped with a smile on his face (we aren't the easiest residents). Apartments are all the same in the fact that you can only do your best as a management company to accommodate and please everyone. It's hard to control your neighbors! I feel like this property does one hell of a job. Even though rent seems high, its like that everywhere when it comes to convenience (and the obvious employment growth because of amazon and Microsoft)! Long story short, as long as my wages can keep up with the competitive market I'm down to stay here for quite awhile. Thanks guys we love you!
I lived at Veloce for 2 years. In that time I had 3 management companies with Equity being the worst of the 3. Make sure to read your contract fully... all the way to do is turn and burn and charge you as many fees in the process. My rent got raised nearly 500 dollars. From 1650 to about 2050 and they told me this was at a "discount." The actual units are nice but architects could have done a much better job of space planing. Not enough room for storage inside the units.
