I been living in Brays Oaks Village apartments almost 2 years and feel the apartment complex is slacking....Overall is a very peaceful place to live, but their are a couple of issues...Maintenance has been slacking....My bathtub has been stop for more than 2 weeks...I requested for maintenance and still no one came out to my apartment. Secondly, Their is someone in the apartment complex vandalizing (destroying)residents vehicles. Yesterday morning I was headed out for work and three of my tires were on flat. My tires were sliced. My neighbor told me this happen to his son a week ago as well. I don't even socialize myself with anyone in the apartment complex nor bring people to my home...I went to the leasing office. One of the leasing agent Nikia was very unprofessional and horrible... she is a new leasing agent...She was arguing me down about what happen to me... Mrs. Rheya which is the Manger is the best person to go to dealing with situation in the apartment complex.. Overall besides that it's an okay place to stay for temporary.
Moved in about a week ago. The complex is pretty quiet. lots of children. The apartment had roaches when moved in. Did a week of personal extermination and it has calmed down. Called the office and they are scheduling a viper treatment to assist (which they should do because its their unit). The biggest issue is the non-working stove- the heating coil is done for (took me two hours to warm up some Tyson BBQ wingets). Overall, not the worst place to stay. Will definitely need renovations in the next few years.
I have been living here previously for 5 yrs, moved away for 2 yrs, and moved back 8 yrs ago. The apts are old, but not run down. The maintenance crew is great. Even though I have been here longer then most of the office crew, they are helpful and very polite. The property is well kept and does have constable security. Even though I don't see any drama on the property, I feel safe because if their presence. I'd recommend this property!
I've been here for 4 yrs and its peacefull
