Since Shaelynn has started here she has been helping me out, she is the best one in the office. She is a good worker, smart and friendly. Unfortunately the office doesn't throw the parties that they use to for holidays and the super bowl, Can we please get the breakfast, potlucks and games back. I feel like it would make a lot of the current and future residents very happy. Other then that this property is well kept and quiet. I enjoy living at Maya Linda.
Maya Linda Apartments is absolutely terrible!!! Not only did my apartment flood twice while I was there, destroying my wooden bed frame in the process, but they proceeded to charge me 316.00 dollars for carpet replacement. The carpet had to be replaced due to poor piping, and water coming up from the flooring. In addition, due to their high turnover rate, they lost all maintenance documentation. Marta is the worst manager of all, apparently you only have to be there for 4 months before you get promoted manager, which resulted in her obtaining the "I don't have to call anyone back" attitude.
I have just moved in. I love living in Phoenix it's my first time and this is pretty much close to everything. I do have a problem with the maintenance though I am still waiting for my stove to be fixed and it has yet to be fixed. It's been now a month. Other than that I have had a great experience
Horrible place, horrible management, horrible neighborhood. Management lies to you & are very shady. Especially the cheaply dressed call girl looking MIRTA. Very unprofessional trashy management. Keep looking elsewhere. You'll be sorry
The apartment was infested with cockroaches that simply seemed to laugh at repeated spraying. Little to no insulation resulted in a sky high electric bill. The pool was always closed for maintenance. Worst of all, an office that was incompetent, rude and petty. The management team could benefit from management classes to teach them how to communicate professionally, especially the assistant manager.....LOTS OF BED BUGS!! TO KEEP YOU COZY AT NIGHT.
