A bit high in price in comparison with the greens. Water and sewage are no longer included. Cops were called multiple times over my year stay by other residents. Pets allowed but no one cleans up after their pets which makes walking in ANY of the grassy areas land mine prone for ppl stepping in mud pies. Some neighbors leave trash in front of their doors instead of taking it to the dumpster. Some resident blast music early in the a.m (5amish) at times. Maintenance usually fixes problems immediately. Most problems come from residents (dirty, loud, etc) Again no one seems to clean up after their dog even after rules were enforced, so beware the grass! Walls are super thin, i lived up stairs but could hear the folks downstairs. I could also hear my upstairs neighbor flush the toilet and the water that ran through the pipes. There is a draft that ran around my door. NO CENTRAL A/C so the look of the bedroom and living room are ugly with the big unit sticking out the wall. It also takes up space in the bedroom where a dresser or bed could go. The landscaping was ugly but they seem to be improving on it. And for the 3rd time steer clear of the grass (all areas) including right in front of the doors. I have seen droppings there which never got picked up. No real dog park although advertised like it was something useful. In a crisis some residents pull together i.e snow storms etc. Speed bumps are useless and need to be redone. Drug dealers across from me. Cops raided one apartment last summer. Not enough parking or space. Water accumulation on the concrete when it rains. Overall a year lease is the longest i would stay. Not worth the 145 extra in comparison to the greens 2 where i had no problems of this sort.
I currently reside at this apartment complex and its approaching a year. The downfalls of this apartment complex is...because it is in a wooded area there are A LOT of spiders which I absolutely hate so I have raid at all times. Now that it is cold I have realized that there is a draft around the door which needs sealant because it makes it impossible to stay in the living room even with the controlled heat is at its max. The neighbors are okay however the noise control is bad the walls are way too thin when people go up the steps you here everything, you can hear the neighbors conversations etc. when they close their door my items on the wall fall, for this reason I have not mounted my tv. The office doesn't do much to assist. There also is constant issues with the plumbing although they do fix it in a timely fashion it gets annoying. There has been several complaints about accumulation of water on the walkway when it rains preventing us from getting inside unless we walk through the puddle and nothing has been done. They fix what they find important to them. Overall it's a cheap place to live id say stay here for a year or two until you find something better while the price is good and then move, this place is definitely not somewhere I could see myself staying for more than two years.
over priced very small plain apartments. lived there for 4 years. pool is broken pool passes are over priced. apartment(all4 apartments I have lived in) heat is inadequate my children got sick due to being cold in apartment even though thermostat was as high as it'll go. had ant and spider infestation had to call a exterminator and pay out of my own pocket cause guy they brought in did nothing to help problem really. one of their other tenants had a visitor that perposly backed over not just into but over my motorcycle causing hundreds of dollars of damages which tenant nor office staff helped me obtain information on driver. loud music all hours of night even tho there are rules against ive reported nothing was done. slamming of door in downstairs apartments cause pictures to fall and break had to replace electronics that have fallen and broken nothing was done about this ither. drug dealers in apartment across from mine. The office department is very rude and very unsympathetic to tenants and there needs the longer you stay the less they care about you. I would not recommend the complex to anyone and have not. I advise against it.
My husband and I recently moved into this complex. Before we moved so many people had their opinions and stories telling us that the area was unsafe, run down, and that they heard that people who live in this complex were not the most upstanding citizens. This was all after we signed the agreement to move in so we had no choice but to move in. Well we are Happy that we did not try to get out of the lease. We absolutely LOVE it here. The night we moved in we met our up stairs neighbor he was nice and welcomed us to the complex the next day we met a few more and they were just as nice. We have not experienced anyone with anything less then a friendly deminer. After moving in we noticed our Dishwasher did not wok and that our sink was leaking big time. With in 30 min of reporting it to the office the maintainer man, Sam was there to fix the issue. Sam was friendly and worked hard to fix the issue. The dishwasher had to be replaced, it was ordered and replaced in 2 days by another maitnance man Mike who was just as friendly as the first guy. We def suggest this place to others. There is a Shoprite, gas station, restaurants, and k mart 6 min up the road. The office staff was Friendly and helpful. I signed my lease with a Woman by the Name of Nyasia, she was down to earth and held a conversation with me as we processed all the paper work. She was awesome. I also had interactions with a Male and 2 other females in the office that were just as awesome and friendly and were quick to answer my questions and help me with an issue. We feel safe in the apartment. We haven't seen anything or anyone that would make you feel like you would have to deadbolt the door and hide. Oh and the best part is there is a washer and dryer in the unit!!! Please if you are looking for a place to move to come give this place a look. We love it, and we are not easy to please!!!
