worst apartments ever!!! had to live there because it was close to work at towne center. my girlfriend (now my wife) tried to work out with me in the weight room with me for a few weeks until the british lady that thinks shes owns the place kicked us out because she wasnt on the lease. we killed 2 rats the month we were moving out. roaches inside and EVERYWHERE outside. lived in 2 units and both a/c didnt work, when they would "fix" it they said it was just too hot in the summer and we would just have to deal with it not going below 84 in the place, the last month the meter read 90 non stop. the staff including the british lady were SO nice to get you in then right when your locked in they are the rudest people on the planet. ive been gone for 6 months and i just had to write about my nightmare here. paper thin walls, you can hear your neighbors whisper! rigged up everthing... when you move out they nickle and dime you for everything you for your last dime to "fix" it back up. i moved to vegas and the rent for this gorgeous apartment is almost half the price. the pool is only open for 2 months out of the year, closed on holidays, and closed on mondays lol... it seems like a joke but its not. oh i forgot the CONSTANT car break ins and im talking broken windows not just petty checking for unlocked doors. please do yourself a favor and avoid this run down hole unless you love regrets. and one more time, the british head of the place is the most horrible landlord you could ever imagine dealing with. thank you for your time if you got through my experience here.
Great place to live! Conveniently located for shopping, schools and entertainment. The grounds are well cared for and if in need of a maintenance person problems are fixed promptly. All of the office personnel are caring, friendly, and helpful.
Thin walls, no insulation and black shingle rooftops make these apartments really hot in the summer months.
This place is terrible! Very thin walls, and either people wanting to party or simple move a family of four into apartments and try to live like it's a house. I mean waking up to rock star hero video games, babies crying, people talking, sex, or whatever else. Call the police might get your relief for the night, but don't look for the front office to swing into action for anything long term. Close to a major intersection/street, so be ready for vehicle bleed over. You can put fresh paint of a clunker car, but it's a clunker none the less. How can so many of us be wrong, look elsewhere. If you do make this mistake, at least sign a short or month to month lease, or you'll be paying big bucks like I am to move. They even had about eight hispanic contractors living under me in one apartment so they could do work on the apartments. I mean drinking, partying and nothing but noise, but yet I had to go through hell to become a resident getting verified and everything else. They stretch the rules to fit them. PLEASE I BEG YOU, STAY AWAY, OR AT LEAST DO A GOOD MONTHS HOMEWORK AND GO BY ALL TIMES OF DAY AND NIGHT AND TALK TO THE RESIDENTS. I SURE COULD HAVE DONE A LOT MORE WITH $5500 BUCKS. Look elsewhere, or simply get a house or townhouse and don't risk the bad apartment experiences!!!!!!!!!!
