I moved into Madison Park about a month ago and have had a fabulous experience so far. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed in my apartment and I was able to put in a maintenance request online and within 24 hours not only were the issues fixed but replaced. They upgraded my ac unit and my medicine cabinet when it just needed to be fixed. Madison Park also has complimentary Yoga and Zumba classes each week with great instructors! On top of that, every Tuesday they have a different Food Truck come to the apartments. Overall this place is a great community to live in!
I moved to MP in August 2015 and I really enjoyed my time there the apartment is clean and the design is good I like it. And it's one of few compounds that have a clean pool and gym, and I also like the sport room I had good time there. And the stuff is really good and helpful I had some issues with my AC and my bathroom and they send someone to fix it right away. I would really recommend this compound. 😊
Dirty place, I was harrased by security and DTS towing. Mold, roches, hidden microphone in children play area. Trashy building. Abestos signs , hazardous property. Most of their good reviews are fake . The account used only has 1 review

Update: 3/24/16 After the issue with parking and Hamza, Alexsis met with myself and my husband to discuss the issue we had. Alexsis was very understanding, sympathetic, and honestly, I appreciated that she was taking a proactive approach to dealing with the issues. She kept what amounted to an open door policy with us, and I sincerely appreciated that. We (my husband and I) met with management after another unacceptable interaction with a staff member, and the issue has since been resolved in a way that has left me very satisfied. I utilize some of the the amenities (the pool has been wonderful), the staff has been very attentive to our needs. I sincerely believe that management is really making an effort to improve on the customer service and the overall experience of the complex. I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, and am optimistic that the staff and management will continue to improve on the experience of the complex. Velvet has made every effort to ensure that things continue to improve with us, and had personally been interactive and made me feel more welcome. I look forward to seeing the continued positive changes, and will continue to update my ratings as they occur. Update 2/16: I was approved for reasonable accommodations parking. I was told that I would get a phone call when there was an approval or not, but if I didn't get a call, to call on Friday around noon. I didn't get a call, so I called into the office to checkup on it. I spoke with Hamza. He said that the parking had been approved and I just needed to come in to pick up my new sticker and another piece of paperwork. I came in today, Sat Feb 6, 2016 before noon. I spoke initially with Carol who was checking up on it for me. She asked me if I'd brought in my old parking sticker, I said no, I hadn't been told that I needed to. Hamza had come out during this interaction and said, "I'm pretty sure I'm the one you spoke to, and I told you that you needed to bring it." I said, "No, Hamza, you didn't, or I would've brought it in." He said, "Well, I'm not going to argue with you. I know what I said." All he had to do was say, "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding." Instead, he insisted he was correct (he wasn't) and decided to put me into a defensive position. I told him, "Hamza, take some personal responsibility here! You did not tell me, or I would've brought it in!" The situation escalated as he treated me with condescension and amusement. I am pregnant and ill. I asked for his supervisor's phone number. He told me, "There's no number, I can give you a card." He made gestures that continued to be provoking (throwing his hands up like he was some long suffering martyr to his job). He continued to argue, and I continued getting angrier. Yes, I rose my voice to him. He treated me so poorly, I have never been treated in such a way by someone who I AM A CUSTOMER FOR in my life. In the end, he merely gestured toward the business cards and told me I could get his supervisor's info there.
