2 bedrooms are vacant. You can pick which room you'd like. You will have your own bathroom. The 3RD bedroom will remain VACANT and reserved as a guest bedroom. The 4th bedroom is a fully-functional home office Two bedrooms are NOT for rent. Only ONE bedroom.
You'll have your own closet, access to 2 other closets, plus your own linen closet.
Condo is 1368 square feet, ceiling fans in living room & all bedrooms, window treatments, Central A/C, large screened patio, walk-in kitchen pantry, split floor plan, 3" faux wood blinds in all rooms, & brand new porcelain & ceramic tile in kitchen & bathrooms, & freshly painted. Community is gated, 24 hour security, and there is a pool, hot tub, fitness center, park, & tennis courts.
IMPORTANT: The community is well-managed by a Homeowner's Association & there is a relatively quick Board approval process with an application fee of $150, for the back-ground check, as required by the HOA rules & regulations.
The HOA is very active in the community & it does strictly enforce the rules & regulations to ensure safety, preserve community & amenities & improve the overall quality of life. There is strict enforcement of the permit only parking. Visitor parking is available & I have 2 visitor parking passes. The community pool has a 2 guest limit per resident. This is enforced.
