I am a former resident of Pemberly Palms Apt. Homes. BEWARE!!! I loved Pemberly Palms-Aspen. November 2014-changed management from Aspen to Greystone. Aspen planned monthly events with for residents, classes, seminars...etc...Sad events for most residents. We moved out, May 31, 2015 with Kim Lambert (Property Manager) & David Lehman (Maintenance) the final walk through. No damage, we left the way it was (we did not live in a 'renovated' apartment 2/2). Without all the details, we our sued them for our security deposit. There is no compassion or empathy in the management office when conduct business. I lived there 3 yrs before them and they only had my 2014 lease!? Where is all my records?? WTF? BTW, I won the judgement and they have mathematical error, they send me $17!! I am still waiting my security deposit regarding judgement. I am on Social Security Disability, I need every 'coins' I get. To getting my monies, I have to hired an attorney! Florida!! smh..BEWARE residents is not their priority. Life happens for everyone, my sister died during the merging and had to go to Michigan. One month...smh. Hell break loose! I am a witness and others. I am the only the speak up for all. Some of children unattended, you know what that means. And Vero Utilities- my bill not less than $200 a month! My daughter and I don't have cable, only internet, and washing twice a month. Pemberly Palms need to check all apartment electric wiring Some outlets don't work. Air conditioner is old & dirty, air vent never clean. I paid for my daughter and I to clean the vents. We are not the only resident(s) have this 'electric' problems in their apartments, whether the apartment renovated or update. Aspen was the better management than Greystone - Pemberly Palms Apt. Homes (Alcurt Vero Beach LLC). I have speaking to Greystone(New York), but most of my conversations with Kim Lambert, Property Management, Pemberly Palms. I would not recommend Pemberly Palms unless they change management or you are an emergency situation. They keep your security deposit. I begged of you. Find another place first.
If there's anything you take from this review, let it be this: DO NOT MOVE HERE! When I first moved here it was the best complex and staff I'd ever dealt with. They went above and beyond in so many ways. In November 2014, a new company bought the complex and it's been TERRIBLE ever since! They let the landscaping go, they are rude and condescending, they took away the trash bins, but most of all they truly don't care about the tenants. I had an emergency on February 24 when the full valve of my toilet somehow broke and my entire bathroom, hallway, bedroom and bedroom cost was flooded. I called the emergency line 6 times and didn't get a call back until 3:30am. They claimed they didn't get any of my messages. I knew I was going to have problems so I started recording my voicemails I was leaving. They still to this day claim they didn't get them. Many of my personal belongings were ruined but they truly don't care. They've sent someone out to "fix" my dishwasher 4 times. Needless to say, it still doesn't work. My neighbors (for the most part), and the location of this complex are all its got going for it. Seriously, DON'T MOVE HERE!

love my two bedroom and the loft feel. My roommate and I are on seperate sides of the apartment so we each have our own space. Highly recommend!
