Living here right now. Nice place, respectful management and reasonable price.
I have lived here for around 4-5 years, in various sized apartments. Apartments are clean, bright, and the property is well-maintained. The work out center is a great money and time saver, and the staff is always courteous, respectful, and helpful. We've talked a great deal with the manager, Glenda, and she is always a delight to interact with. For the price, location, and space, this is great place to stay for Digipen students and Redmond-based working folk alike (Microsoft, Nintendo). The noise policy is stellar, and lets my family sleep safe. Highly recommended.
I am living now but I will move out.I really don't recommend you there. The main reason is the managment staff monitor you every day!!!!A couple went around everyday to look for your own privacy and report to the manager. Then the next day your door will have a notice said you should not do that or this!I hate that!!!!!! My husband came to Redmond for Christmas then the next day, when I turned in the rent fee, the manager said you should pay $ and add your husband into the lease. Terrible! How did they know it' I really don't like being monitered and where my privacy is!! Now almost all the apartment in Redmond is having promotion or decreasing their rent. But not Trailwood. It is asking for more even for us living there! Why stay there' I can find better and cheaper ones everywhere in Redmond now! Don't live there!
Place is clean, quite, the people are nice, apartment are bigger then most in redmond and they are one of the cheapist.
Been here 3 years too. It was nice and quiet before it became unofficial dorms for DigiPen. Now it's very loud - unless something changes, we won't be renewing our lease and if you're an adult, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
