This place is turning "ghetto" nothing but drugies and bums coming in at night/day. Very rude neighbors. Kids that live here are hardly under parent/adult supervision. Management kicked me out for no reason, on my way to sue them, they're kicking out ppl who pay their rent, but keeping ghetto, dirty tenants who I know don't pay their rent on time. If u need something fixed, forget it, they'll fix it in about 2 3 months. Cars broken in to or being vandalised, not to mention ppls apartments being broken into. I think all this is due to no security on site, nor management living on property, the owner seriously needs to check his manager for these overpriced appartments.

This place is terrible. I lived there from 1999 to 2007 and if it wasn't filled with roaches, it had mice. I even had a man try to break into my apartment and when I brought it up to the manager Irma, she had the nerve to get mad at me because I was upset. Kids & Adults were having sex in the pool. Pool was always nasty and there version of a draining system was to let the pool drain out into the side parking lot, not in the pool. Tried to start a Neighborhood Community Watch and manager Irma blocked that. They are gone for lunch for several hours and a time and don't work their full shift. Maintenance turnaround time was delayed, sometimes often forgotten about. They had "so called" assigned parking spaces but someone's relative parked in your spot. Numerous break Ins in residents cars. Bottom line, had bad credit couldn't move, but when credit was straightened out, got the heck out of there. It is too loud and a lot of music is played all times of the day and night. Hope you like the Metrolink & Frieght train because it's always loud and honking near the apartments. Front gate is supposed to be security but yeah right. Hope this helps, there rent is too high for this kind of abuse....
