I went to look at the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment for a viewing and I'm glad I did. Residence don't just bash their apartment complex for no reason at all, especially adults who pay the bills. I'm having a hard time seeing the replies from the leasing office coming across as defensive and sarcastic. Rule of thumb...you wan't to keep your residence happy, always! If there's a negative comment that you (leasing office) don't agree with, there should be a generic reply that makes a statement of apology and seeing how they can help accommodate. If the comments are coming from your residence (after of course finding that out), a proper statement should be made to them directly if you're going to response so unprofessionally. It's a shame that most the comments were more negative than positive as well as the responses made by staff. I'm sure even this will get a response, so I'll be expecting one...unfortunately.
Well just from reading these reviews I wouldn't even think of considering breezy point. The managers should never address any personal information on a review feedback and should be professional with the situation. Not be spiteful when commenting on people's reviews as if they were teenagers. I have heard horror stories from other people who have lived here and looked into it, and if someone were to ask what I think about them I will tell them everything I am writing here. Don't live here.
Not any problems with the apartment, or the staff I just saw one person here that I used to work with that I hated. So if you don't like seeing people you work with after work, don't move here. 90% military. Hate it.
Where to start. First off the apartment we chose was NOT the apartment they gave us and they did nothing to fix it. The cabinets fell apart, electrical fixtures were sketchy, the hallway always smelled of pot, and worst of all they towed my car even though it was legally parked, licensed, inspected AND had my parking decal on it. Did they do anything to fix the situation? No, they blamed me for my window tint making the decal hard to see and I had to pay $300 to get my car back! Needless to say there are nicer places to live for the same money. Yes it is convenient to NOB but you pay the price by having horrible service, horrible living conditions, and horrible neighbors. Mind you a woman was shot just steps from my building. Don't walk away from this place. RUN.
I am a new resident to Breezy Point, and I am already extremely displeased and counting down the days until my lease is up. The leasing office is full of shady practices, and all the agents inside are extremely rude. Not only did I have to pay for my car being towed from the complex after being given inaccurate information from the leasing agent, when I brought this to her attention, she told me "It will be your word against mine". DO NOT MOVE HERE, but if you do, please do not trust the leasing office. Their only motive is money, and they do not value their residents whatsoever.
