Great place to live, they just won't give you your deposit back!
My husband and I along with our 2 little girls loved it here. We decided on these apartment because of the decent ratings that we have read about below and believe me its rare to find decent rating apartments even in the 3 stars range, but it turns out that this place was better than what most of the ratings below have given. Diane the property manager was awesome! She was always so kind and friendly. She remembers who we are even when we call her over the phone. We have referred families here, and she have always treated them well. Our cousin wanted a 1 bedroom, which wasn't available at the La Riviera Commons, but she worked with him and the property management company to get him in at the La Rivieria Apartments next door, which were managed by the same company. The property manager at La Riviera Apartment was so rude that Diane just volunteered to offer her assistance directly and told him to just work with her directly, since they were both managed by the same company. During our first tour she approved us right away on the spot and gave us a very thorough tour of the community. When we have maintenance issues they resolved it right away. We would have stayed longer, but our family has expanded and we needed a bigger place. My girls and I are often home alone and felt very safe even coming home late at night. My cars have never been broken into, and if there were ever any incident security would be on the spot right away an they notified everyone right away. There were a few nights were there were some loud college students, but we understand that celebrating the end of a semester is well worth it and it was pretty rare. We highly recommend living here! Not to mention the elementary school in the area is also a great school.
