Rent goes up a bit after the first year, but most places do this so its no problem. No leaks, no electricity problems, fairly quiet, and its far enough out of the way that the riff raff usually dont hang out around here.
. I WILL BE POSTING THE PICTURES ON YELP. AND ALL OTHER SITES.I moved in here June 6, 2015 she told me my unit was cleaned by professionals. I made a request, I could not to live in a unit behind pets. The next day when I shampooed the carpet the water was black and it was picking up pet hair. I should have given them another date and looked at the unit first. Never , never never move in and not look at the unit you are moving into.I am going to post the pictures with the date stamp to confrim that this did happen.
Very close to the river enterance
Although the neighbors are good management at the apartments makes it bad to live at Bend of the River. That is if the manager is there. She comes in late, leaves early and sometimes not there at all. Everytime I was able to catch her I would walk into the office and she would be watching TV on the computer. Does this constitute management? Along with all the water leaks in ALL apartments. All that has been done with the leak problem is patch the leaks, the bigger problem doesn't seem to be addressed. So if you don't mind the leaks I guess this is an okay place to live. I moved out about 1 1/2 months ago and have left 5 messages about my deposit, and surprise I never receive a call back. If you move in you better hope the resident before you was a clean person and left the place clean. They don't clean very well. When I moved in the place was FILTHY!!!! There was even an old dried up pair of mens underware left in the dryer for me.....
