The apartment complex is under new management as of this November. They are rude, rarely answer the phone, and have yet to provide an online rent payment system. I once called to check what my rent payment would be (it changed month to month due to utilities), the man who answered the phone proceeded to berate me for wasting his time. Thanks buddy, maybe if you had an online system like the previous owners, this wouldn't be an issue. The automatic gates are constantly broken. There are roaches but that is almost to be expected with any lower-end Atlanta apartment. The location is decent with 400 right by and a publix right down the street. It's also near the river which is nice. The construction on the Northridge bridge has caused some traffic issues in the morning, hopefully that will be finished soon. All in all the apartments are decent and the management is terrible. I will not be renewing my lease.
Legacy key is a super cheap for the square footage. They have a new maintenance crew and management which are a lot better than previous. Overall good area for the price. Ive gotten very comfortable here.
My husband and I have been here for almost 2 years. And I really like the area and our apartment. We moved from a smaller apartment to a larger one, very happy with the move. I have not met the new owners, but I hope everything keep going as well as it is.
Pretty quiet neighborhood. The staff was always nice, and whenever I had a maintenance issue, it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Won't find a better place for the price.
Everything about this complex is infuriating. I have lived here for 5 months and cannot say one single good thing about the place. The entire apartment smells like mildew and smoke. The smell has contaminated everything I own including clothes and furniture which I will be throwing out as soon as I move out. I have the pest control people spray the apt every week, yet I still see several spiders and roaches in my cabinets and closets daily. My thermostat has broken four times since I have lived here. A piece of broken tile in my bathroom that was never repaired after asking caused me to slice off most of my toe. No one in the leasing office seemed to care. I am in the process of doing everything I can to get out as soon as possible. I would not recommend it to anyone!
