This 45 acre fruit farm includes a 3,600 square ft residence heated by geothermal & propane fired boiler/hot water., five out-buildings, and a 15' x 15' walk-in cooler. The Federal Soil & Water engineered & oversaw the terracing of the land. Drainage takes place through a series of Hickenbottom 8" ports & piping that traverse the land underground. This piping system flows into WASCOB. A WASCOB is a water sediment control basin made of an earth embankment or combination ridge. It is channel constructed beneath the Hickenbottom pipe system to form a sediment trap & water detention basin on each terrace. The WASCOB system then drains down the terraces into one of 2 lakes on the property. In time of drought instead of drainage they can be used in reverse to irrigate the land. There is underground irrigation from the lake to the back of the farm for lateral above ground dripping. To schedule a private showing Call Jack Seith @ 614-619-XXXX
