We live on the upper level and would have a shared mud room, otherwise the two spaces are separate. We're a fun, kind, community minded couple in our late 20's. We're social and would like to know our housemate, although we both enjoy privacy and quiet. We also share our home with 2 dogs. We'd like to find someone who is clean, quiet and respectful. Ideally, someone interested in a longer term home although we understand life changes quickly and we're flexible about the lease.

Available September 15th, flexible move-in. $850 rent + $50 water/sewer. $1,000 security deposit. Month to month lease available.
