Worst experience ever at a hotel. It has the feel of a prison and its very obvious that people are living here long term. We arrived at 8:30pm on monday but couldn't check in because of issues with their computer. we only received one room key at check in and was then given a set of rules. you have to pay for everything at this place. no dishes, pots, pans, silverware. no iron, ironing board or internet. everything is also ridiculously marked up. a $9.99 coffee maker, if you want coffee in your room, will cost you $29.99. the worst, we ran out of toilet paper in our room, i called down to the front desk only to be told by hilda, or whatever the large black woman's name is, that they are closed and will reopen on sunday at 10am. I have to still work during or relocation here so I don't get in until late evening, so me and my family were SOL for hotel provided tissue because I didn't get to the gated front desk by 4pm?. .....and this is just to get something that THEY ACTUALLY PROVIDE YOU WITH!!!!. If ever relocate for work again, which is why I am here, I will bypass anything affiliated with this place.
Staying here while in town. Waiting for my car to get repaired. Happy New Year to me. SMH
We had reservation for wednesday 31st and go there and just too be told will be friday and now monday is what we are getting.....its ridiculous very pointless to make reservation for a date and get told it will be five more days....very disappointed and now may to inconvenience family which is not good when to have two children.....will make sure too let friends and family know....your best bet is to go too extended stay or homewood suite...even if you have to pay more ..
