So far so good. I hope and pray I do not endure the problems you guys are saying. They were very professional. The neighbors should take heed to why there is a lobby door that's locked: to keep bad people out. Once they get that idea down then everything will be perfect. Maybe they should ask for income verification 4 or 5 times the rent to ensure the best of customers are here.
Jennifer the manager is a very great person, I emailed an issue I had at Apartment and she responded so quick and is addressing the situation ASAP. I love it here and they have been such a great help I will be referring people to these apartments being its a great place to live and they actually care about your needs. I will be renewing my lease when time comes.
Have been here for 6-7 months. Pay extra to park in the most horrific garage I've ever experienced. The smell alone is gag-inducing...and that's pleasant compared to the cramped spaces and cobwebs, spiders, and water everywhere. My neighbors throw bones, trash, etc on the lawn (and in the hallways) and nothing is ever done about it. No one enforces tenants to pick up after their dogs, so the grounds are covered in dog feces. The building reeks of weed constantly. There are drug dealers in my building. Someone was jumped right outside the building (probably because the gate is never functioning properly) and security was MIA. I've been told by other tenants that Police do not fill calls made from this complex. I believe this, since the night someone got jumped, the police never showed. I do not feel safe here and I can't wait to get out of here...to the point that I'm considering breaking my lease. Low rent is not worth feeling unsettled about where you live. I can't walk my dog alone without anxiety attacks. And if that's not bad enough, the people that install carpet apparently don't know how to do so properly, as the carpet is pulling up everywhere in my apartment...and I will undoubtedly get stuck with the bill for it. Worst apartment complex I've lived at yet. Edit: Just went for a nice stroll with the pup and she attempted to eat a packet of oatmeal, a pad, and a used condom...all littering the parkinglot.
My name is FM. I've lived at the Vineyards since Feb 2009. When I first got her Manager Maria was the assistant and she was the one that I dealt with. Since her promotion to property manager her caring style has not changed, she still helps me when she can. The office & maint staff are top notch. They've handled my problems in a friendly/courteous manner and I've never had a problem go unsolved. The property is well maintained. I'm enjoying my time here at the Vineyards.
I have lived here for a almost a year and I do not recommend this place. Last month, I got my car hit for free, a hit and run. I had to take it to Sears to have it repaired because it was hit so bad motor mount was broken and causing it to vibrate. Random people knocking at my door around 12:00am, management won't do anything. There's a lot of cats here in the premises causing fleas. I had some in my appartment and constantly woke up with flea bites over my body. Rent is too high for what they offer. Also, I can smell like marihuana and other illegal drugs in the hallways... Sucks living here,
